Federos Modules combine portal Apps with API integration, connecting multiple systems and tools in a vendor neutral environment. Combining these modules in the Federos Service Portal enables users to pull data from disparate systems into a single composite application dashboard where they can seamlessly perform actions across connected systems. For example: selecting an event from a monitoring system App will immediately display related ticking, inventory and change information from respective Apps in the same dashboard. Crucially, from the same dashboard, actions can be triggered between Apps (e.g. raise ticket and acknowledge event) to expedite remedial activities to drive operational efficiency from the tools and the users.
