Federos Modules combine portal Apps with API integration, connecting multiple systems and tools in a vendor neutral environment. Combining these modules in the Federos Service Portal enables users to pull data from disparate systems into a single composite application dashboard where they can seamlessly perform actions across connected systems. For example: selecting a rack from a datacentre inventory App will immediately display a floor plan and power utilisation data from respective Apps in the same dashboard. When planning deployments the integrated service portal enables a planner to raise a change request to provision a new rack, with data hall and power information aggregated in the same dashboard view. Crucially, leveraging the built-in entity relationship management, on demand validation of rack and power availability can be checked during the provisioning request, not as a downstream task. Role-based dashboards enable different users to be armed with the applications and actions specific to their role, with the appropriate level of access matching their functional responsibility. Enhanced with integrated workflow your employees get additional decision support and automation capabilities to drive agility and responsiveness to meet customer demands.
Suppress application noise and enable your business to gain maximum value from existing systems.
