IT service management expertise

TDB Fusion use advanced remote management tools to manage your IT infrastructure from our central Hare Hatch service centre, with most issues resolved centrally.  Our ability to manage many organisations means you gain from our economies of scale. 

 

We use best-in-class systems from Voyence, Alcatel-Lucent, EMC and others to manage core service desk, fault, provisioning, performance, change, service, inventory and capacity business processes.

 

All these processes are integrated using our own Federos workflow management solution, ensuring flexibility to your changing requirements.  You also benefit from our own continuous improvement programme, and those of our other customers.
Though on-site visits are rarely required, our engineers are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our service level agreements mean you can be assured of a smooth continuation of service.

Proactive performance monitoring

Key to our record in achieving promised SLAs is our insistence on proactive performance monitoring.  If a system, link, network element or CPU is approaching capacity, we will accurately forecast the optimal time to order increased capacity.

 

If required we can design, install and manage the additional capacity, ensuring a seamless experience for service users.

 

TDB Fusion proactively monitor equipment and software vendors for published hardware and software problems and updates.  As a result, your systems are always fully patched and appropriately tuned.
